My role at Kairos
Hello !
At Kairos, I'm the CTO (Chief Technology Officer).
I joined Sacha on this exciting adventure in April 2023.
As head of technology, my role is to oversee and guide the technological aspect of all the digital solutions we develop for you.
This means making sure we always choose the most relevant and innovative technologies for each project, to meet your exact needs.
My background and training
My background is deeply rooted in software engineering.
I graduated in Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in 2021, after studying there from 2016 to 2021.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to be a Teaching Assistant in C++ object-oriented programming for more than two years (from January 2017 to June 2019).
This experience not only solidified my own knowledge but also strengthened my ability to structure complex technical concepts.
My professional experience before Kairos
Before co-founding Kairos, I gained experience by spending more than four years (April 2019 - September 2023) at ExPretio Technologies.
I started out as a Java Full Stack Developer intern for six months, then moved on to a role combining DevOps | Full Stack Developer | Quality Assurance Lead Engineer for almost four years.
These varied roles have enabled me to develop a complete understanding of the application lifecycle, from design to quality assurance, which is essential today to guarantee the quality and robustness of the solutions we offer you.
I've also had some entrepreneurial experience, co-founding Futurize | Consommer mieux, an application that aims to inform consumers about the social and environmental impact of companies, and being Chairman of Handshake.
Alongside my current role at Kairos, I'm also Finance Director at Poké House.
My technological vision and approach as CTO
As CTO, I'm constantly on the lookout to identify and integrate the most appropriate technologies.
My aim is to ensure that we choose the tools that best match your needs and the specifics of each project.
The example of the project with Belfor illustrates this approach perfectly: Sacha's judicious choice of Weweb & Xano digital tools led to a drastic reduction in development time, making it possible to carry out projects that would otherwise have been abandoned.
This demonstrates our ability to select the right technologies to bring you high-performance results.

My work methodology (Agile & Scrum)
My experience as a Scrum Master, certified since March 2022, has had a profound influence on the way we work.
I take an agile approach to implementation and development, enabling us to move forward on your projects with efficiency and flexibility.
We set up frequent checkpoints and ensure precise monitoring throughout the development process, guaranteeing a perfect match with the expectations initially defined.
My technical skills
My technical skills cover a wide range.
I master full-stack development, object-oriented programming (OOP), and key languages such as :
- Java,
- C++,
- Python,
- JavaScript,
- TypeScript,
- Kotlin,
- and C.
I have in-depth knowledge:
- SQL databases,
- of the MEAN Stack,
- and web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS.
For project management and deployment, I regularly use tools like Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker.
My expertise in Quality Assurance is essential to guarantee the quality of every application we deliver.
My commitment and presence Geographic
Based in Belgium, I work closely with the team in France to ensure that Kairos solutions are technically sound, scalable and aligned with your business process and digital transformation, to simplify your digital transition.
